Hitch 2012 - Day Fourteen, To Essaouira
We got up early and woke up Nick and Charlie to say goodbye. It was sad to know we wouldn't see them again, but I was too tired to realise at the time. We got on the bus to Essaouira which took a few hours. When we got out of the bus there were people crowding around asking if we wanted a hotel. The whole town smelt like fish, but it was pretty sunny so it was okay. The taxi we got in took us to a random hotel before the medina, and then charged us double but we found a nice hotel that should be 300d a night but we got it for 120d because it was basically completely empty. We wandered around for a bit, there were loads of seagulls and people selling fish everywhere. I felt ill after a while and spent the rest of the day in bed.
